I got XPS 15 9510. Couple of weeks back, screen suddenly got black and never turned on again. It still works on external display, just fine, but the internal screen (OLED, I might add), seems to be dead. Also - warranty - 12 months, just passed 2-3 months ago. New OLED screen on AliExpress - 3rd of a price of whole laptop. Didn't even bother to ask DELL for the price of replacement. I'm extremally disappointed with Dell. I went for a premium brand hoping that this will ensure quality. Nope. it doesn't seem to work this way anymore. Before that, I had Razer Blade 15. Also wasn't 100% happy with it, but at least it didn't die after a year. I just needed to replace bulging batteries every year year or so.... (probably due to insufficient heat dissipation of the chassis), which probably eventually caused some issues to the motherboard, as screen also started playing strangely at some point, which triggered me to buy new laptop after 3 years... but didn't expect that new Dell to barely make it through one year mark! Will never buy a dell again :(

Lol just bought a dell within a few weeks the keys started to not work and the. It just randomly won't turn on. No water was spilled in it and no dirt or food went near it. I unscrewed the bottom to take a look and noticed right off that Dell uses low quality components and their motherboard was low quality as well.

My family went on the Seascape last year 2023. This was our first MSC cruise. We got a free alcoholic drink package because it was offered during black Friday. We had to pay taxes separately for the drink package. For 3 adults at the end of the cruise, be aware that it was about $400 in taxes at the end. And this was not many drinks. 2 a day per person. We had fun and I would say the food was average, just like the other cruise lines. I will say that there was a LOT of people onboard. Bigger the ship, more people. We thought that it would spread out over the days, but it didn't. The buffet lines were insane every day. I will say that the excursions were not ran good. MSC needs to fire the companies that take care of it or the companies that own the excursions. We had a lot of issues with them. Not organizing. People were cutting in lines and no workers cared. Which caused issues because now the people who were actually waiting, were not able to get food, snorkels, kayaks, hammocks, etc. Everything was taken and people who already ate were taking seconds when other people didn't even get to eat yet. Only excursion that was EXCELLENT was MSC private island. It was absolutely fantastic. I would love to stay there a week in a hotel if I could. Water is very very clean and clear. Lot of cool fish to see. I recommend taking a snorkeling mask. It was all free and we all had the best time there. All in all we would probably go back on a MSC cruise. Just not excursions. Everything was included, except for taxes on drink packages. They don't nickel and dime you like Royal. We didn't do any specialty dining. We did do the extra ice cream place and that was worth it, very very good. Ignore people against MSC, we had no major issues at all.

it overheated........do not use a laptop directly "on" a bed. it cuts off any cooling of the laptop.

Most daughters put their laptop on their bed where the cooling vents get blocked by bedsheets and blankets and then the computer overheats and burns out. It is worth getting a flat surface to put the laptop on so the vents don't get blocked. Dell has a superior build than most laptops. Lenovo and HP are also great.

my parents' had fiber wifi through AT&T. honestly AT&T fucking sucked. There would be multiple times that the internet would just disconnect and be gone sometimes for an hour, one time as long as 5 days. We also had a neighbor who yelled at my poor mother b/c the idiots at AT&T put the damn cable through their backyard without telling her. We would reset the modem as they told us and it still would never never work. The incomptent techs AT&T sent never permanently fixed the problem i've heard 5g is not reliable at all but anything is an improvement over that nightmare of an experience we had with AT&T

Great feedback on your experience. Unfortunately myself and my dad got food poisoning Day four/seven on MSC Virtuosa main dining room. I just like my food hot not lukewarm. Main dining room was very hectic, Luke warm food and dry chicken. I do agree the pizza is good 🙏 Oh i hope MSC buffets are not like other cruises , I'm on a cruise in November with Princess and I purposely chose Princess because of there positive reviews on food. Our cabin steward was amazing, very sparkly clean ship ⚓

MSC is absolutely Horrible!!! I'm also an experienced cruiser. Yes, pizza is descent but when you have to eat it all week, no!! Can't get a drink, lines EVERYWHERE!! Not enough staff. Buffett was terrible, no other options, MDR or Buffett or specialty, that's it!! The bell on the table is laughable, I hit that thing so many times, nothing!! I gave MSC 3 shots on 3 different ships. Yep, bartenders not friendly, room was dirty, not the ship itself, the room!! Windows had fingerprints all of it, cooler wasn't cleaned out and was dirty. You had a one in a million experience apparently. So many people can't be wrong and you 2 are right 🤣 I seriously hate to bash any cruise line, but MSC has a long way to go, I would advise not wasting your money unless you're going to spring for the Yacht club experience, then you should be okay.

Thank you for an honest review of MSC.. We are booked on the Seascape for its first cruise out of Galveston. This will be a test for us, as we have heard "love it" or "hate it" stories about the line. It sounds like we will have a good time on the Seascape.

So thankful to finally see an honest review. I don't understand the hate for MSC. I've sailed with them a number of times, including a fabulous 25 nt transatlantic cruise last summer and I have another one booked next April. The ships are gorgeous, the ships are meticulously clean at all times, service was swift and friendly across the board and the food was on par with all of the mainstream lines. AND, the value is undeniable! I think all the moaners and whiners must be Royal snobs.

Excellent video. We have been on 5 different MSC ships in and out of Yacht Club and found that they are comparable to the other mainstream cruise lines. I like many of the differences they have from Royal and Carnival. Look forward to more of your cruise videos.

Great review! IMO the criticisms of MSC can be made for any of the "major" lines. Many people seem to go into this preloaded having read negative reviews and expecting the same. Or they have an unrealistic sense of entitlement not tempered by the value proposition offered by MSC relative to other cruise lines. MSC offers a great product at an incredible value.

I've only been on Royal and love the shows. I haven't been on the big ships with the aqua theater and would love to try it but they are too pricey right now. Everything you said seems to go along with the videos I've seen on MSC. Their ships look gorgeous. We may try it!

Never....NEVER use Beher deck over. Mine lasted 8 months. There has been a class action lawsuit against them. Terrible product

I liked the Bella bathroom, a bit more roomy. However, I did also like the Aurea lounge chairs on the balcony along with the slippers. So I'm guessing you didn't get adjoining rooms seeing that you ended up on 2 different floors. Guess I'll find out in the next video. Hope you enjoyed your accommodations either way. 👍

You two are great!! Definitely Ying and Yang! I've only taken 1 cruise in my lifetime and that was enough for me. Guess I'm just not a crowded boat person. That was a long time ago, so I'm watching these videos out of curiosity to see how things are today. On to the next one......
